What are your opening hours and location?

Our Service Centre is located in Scan Centre, Level 2, Dun Karm street in B’Kara Bypass, B’Kara. Our opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:00 till 17:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 till 19:00.

We accept payments online, as well as by cash or card. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

How do I claim warranty service?

You need to visit our Servicing Department and provide proof of purchase along with the original packaging if available.

What is covered under the warranty?

The manufacturer's warranty only covers hardware component failures in the product.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following: any third party accessories; cosmetic damages; damage or loss to any software programs, data, or removable; or damage due to natural disaster, accident, misuse, normal wear & tear, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modifications to the product; improper operation or maintenance ; connection to improper voltage supply or electrical power surge; attempted to repair by any party other than at SCAN service centre; use of components which is not approved by PC Options Ltd. use of pirated software.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes, certain products are eligible for an extended warranty, providing coverage for up to 3 years. This must be purchased within the first year of the original purchase date.

What types of repairs do you offer?

We service and repair Smartphones, Laptops, PCs and more... Fast, professional and efficient service. SCAN is also the Official Service Centre in Malta of some major brands such as ASUS, XIAOMI, MSI & Panasonic.

Yes, we do offer same-day repair services. For further information, we kindly suggest contacting us directly.

How do I schedule a repair?

There is no need to make an appointment. You can simply visit our Servicing Department during our opening hours, and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

Can I exchange products bought from SCAN?

Goods can be exchanged within two weeks of purchase upon presentation of a VAT receipt, provided the item remains sealed and in its original packaging. Items with broken seals or activated devices are not eligible for exchange. More information is provided in our Terms & Conditions section.
